Product information "Rescue Sail"
Getting a person back on board who has fallen overboard is extremely difficult, if not impossible, especially when that person is exhausted. | That's what the Rescuesail is for. | One edge is attached to the foot rail, the opposite corner is attached to the main halyard. The person who has fallen overboard must "swim" or be pulled into the rescuesail, then use the halyard winch to pull the person to deck height. Then loosen the lower railing pull, cut it if necessary and roll the person on deck. The rescuesail is an important piece of safety equipment and belongs on every yacht!
